THE 2006 GRAPE LIST (where the Wine List begins)
We are beginning our "Grape List" for the 2006 harvest. While our grapes are not "certified organic", pesticides have never been used in our vineyards. Ever. If we would not put it in our family wine cellar, we would not sell it to you.
In a glorious mix, we have several varieties of both white and red wine grapes from vine stock plantedd from 1997 - 1999 from vineyards in Upper-State New York. Wine grapes include: Ravat 34, Chancellor, Frontenac, Melody, Cayuga, and Marechal Foch. Dual purpose grapes include Marquis and Concord.
